Good day lovelies.I hope you're all taking care of yourselves. As always let us keep spreading the positive energy.

When life gives you lemons get some sugar and water and turn them into juice. Its a great time to create amazing memories with the people we love and cherish.

For those who have moved back home, its time to know more about what your mom and dad actually do and maybe even find out what they really think about what you're doing. And for the parents its the perfect opportunity to bond with your kids, my advice is don't judge them just listen. For the new Weds i guess its time to find out if you married a friend.


" My therapy "

I discovered that i was short-tempered,moody at the age of 18 . I would wake up very moody and didn't want to talk to anyone .I am very social and happy person, always grinning but there are days i be unhappy. This is because of my mood swings and not being able to control my bad temper.

Having studied adult and community education and working within different sectors/ fields that needed me to interact with different kinds of people really helped me discover my weaknesses and how to overcome them.The need to understand human beings is really crucial, working in customer service taught me this ,i would serve different kinds of customers/clients,the lovely ones,and the annoying ones.

The one thing i learnt is not to let one or two people spoil my day, i would still give a beautiful smile to my rude customers.I didn't do this for only securing my jobs but to test myself if i could control my bad temper and guess what it worked .but besides work, socially if someone annoys me i simply just leave their sight.


With my mood swings whenever i wake up moody. I stretch, i meditate and do yoga.





It has really helped me in a lot of things. For instance It makes me happier


Improves my flexibility



Practicing yoga also gives me peace of mind,reduces my allergies,boosts my immune system,eases both my inner and body pain ,burns calories and helps me sleep deeper.


I also discovered that doing house chores also helps me reduce stress,every time i get pissed, i clean almost everything and just like magic I start to relax and let go of the stress, So funny right!!!
